I have been associated with Pencom as a consultant for the last
seven years. During these years I have been without a contract
for not more than two months. Some of this has to do with the
fact that I have mostly worked on long-term projects and partly
because Pencom usually has a big enough inventory of contract
positions if you do have to or want to make a move.
My first job out of school was a contract job through Pencom
working on a cutting edge technology. Working on this project
I was always aware of the confidence that the client had in me
and other consultants from Pencom. This had a lot to do
with the expectation the clients have from Pencom consultants.
I have enjoyed being part of the Pencom family and looked forward
to the few times when I actually got to meet the people we only
talk with over the phone, the non-technical side of this family.
The personnel department has always been more than cooperative
and understanding of my specific needs. Though, I have not met
a lot of the people in the New York office but it has never ever
felt that. I compliment Pencom on expanding its network to so
