Amy joined Pencom Systems Incorporated in 1984. She is currently responsible for building up the New Jersey marketplace, and maintaining client relationships in the financial services industry. She is co-manager of the office in Livingston, New Jersey and is working to develop a presence within the region's tradition of research and development.

Previous to her move to New Jersey, Amy was a senior recruiting manager in the New York City office. She managed a team of applications and systems development recruiters for both full-time and contract consulting services. This followed Amy's management of the national recruiting group for Pencom Web Works, a subsidiary that has since been spun-off as NetQuotient. During this time she was responsible for recruiting Internet professionals for a broad array of positions.

Management of the systems programming and administration sector predated her work with NetQuotient. Before this she managed Pencom's East coast UNIX contract programming sector. She began her career with responsibility for the New York software and systems technology recruiting group. Throughout her time at Pencom, Amy has proven invaluable to building up the systems and applications development practice that has proven such an important element of the firm's offering.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College.
