Jim Kenner
VP, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Operations

Jim Kenner joined Pencom in March of 1983. He currently is a Partner and Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions where he has overall responsibility for the management of staff, sales & marketing and business development. As such, he directs full-time/permanent placement and contract programming efforts for the region from Pencom's Fairfax, Virginia office.

Previously, based in New York, he began his Pencom career as a recruiter and was promoted to manage the UNIX recruiting effort. He later marketed Pencom's services to new territories including California and Massachusetts. In 1991, he was instrumental in opening and developing Pencom's Washington DC area presence. He has played a major role in business development, marketing and recruiting for Pencom's business units (Pencom Software/Concero, PNT, Pencom Web Works/NetQuotient and PSA/Collective Technologies). He has also been responsible for managing and directing Pencom offices in Atlanta and Austin.

Jim received a Bachelors Degree from Binghamton University.
